NHS Boys Soccer Summer Camp
Dates: July 5th - July 29th 2010
Location: NHS weight room and practice field
Time: 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
Participants: Incoming freshman, sophomores, juniors and seniors
Cost: $50.00
Each player must turn a physical, parent permission form, and a check to participate in the camp. Make all checks payable to NHS Boys Soccer. It is important to make sure that the physical is valid for the month of July and the entire 10-11 soccer season (through February). The parent permission form must be for the 10-11 school year and must be notarized. Physical and parent permission forms can be downloaded below.
Please turn in the completed forms and checks to Kathy Clark or Martha Woodcock in the front office by July 5th. Late registration is available.
