Season Preview

The 2010-2011 soccer  team is a young and energetic team that is excited about the opportunity to represent the NHS Boys Soccer Team. They are determined to continue the winning ways of this outstanding program and have not backed down from any challenge the coaches have given them. The players are hungry to win their 7th straight district title and put themselves in a position to play for a State Championship. With the hard work and great attitude this team has shown, I have no doubt that they will achieve their goals.

NHS Men’s Soccer has a winning tradition.

Over the past 15 years Niceville has claimed 12 district titles and been runner up twice. During the last seven seasons the soccer team has averaged 21 wins a season and won six straight District Championships. The 2006-2007 season saw Niceville return to the Final Four for the second time in the program’s history and the first time in 24 years. They returned to the Final Four again in the 2008-2009 season by beating Fleming Island in the Region 1-5A Championship. Niceville narrowly missed making their third trip in four years to the final four last year. After making a strong push through the play-offs they eventually lost to Lincoln High School in overtime of the Region 1-5A Championship game.
